Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:
European Union: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on all orders over €50.
Orders under €50: standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
